The AusDesign Energy Rating Fees below are based on a 'one off' rating for Victorian clients using the FirstRate assessment programme.
Prices are current to December 1 2008 for plans supplied electronically in a cad drawing format - .dwg files.
These files can normally be supplied directly to us from your Building Designer.
For hard copy only or PDF supplied plans a 20% surcharge on the fees given applies.
