The plans in the 'AusDesign Floor Plan Database' include a cross selection of designs that we have developed for Clients throughout Australia to suit varying situations, budgets & lifestyles.
Although the principal purpose of the database is to provide prospective Clients with a variety of floor plan layout configurations to assist them in the design of their new home, all the designs shown are available to be purchased 'as is', or if required, modified as necessary to suit individual situations.

We understand that many people 'browse' the internet to gather ideas for their new home design, but we trust that you are aware that many hours are put into developing the designs contained in our database and that we will fully protect our rights under copyright law to protect these designs.
- Small or large alterations to designs do not negate copyright protection and AusDesign will persue any breaches vigorously'.
